The annual Plant-a-Thon is our flagship program to engage members and their communities to promote native plantlife through home and community gardening and landscaping, and habitat restoration efforts.

Highlights from the Spring 2026 Plant-A-Thon
Our third annual Plant-a-Thon took place over the weekend of May 15 - 17, 2026. Members received packets of plant seeds native to their region in the mail from Vera Society and took action: planting them in their home garden and communities. We also participated in a local habitat restoration program.
